I'm Sofie — an intuitive life coach, author, speaker, mother of 2 adult super humans, daughter of two special-ed teachers and a pediatric nurse with almost 30 years bedside experience.
I grew up in Denmark, where I am currently based, but have lived in the USA for 20 years of my life.
My work sits at the intersection of conscious parenting, an abundance mindset: helping families move from a fear-based approach to life to raising kids who feel safe, seen, and equipped for whatever comes next.
I've written five picture books for children, along with Raising Manifestors: The Ultimate Empowerment Guide for Awakened Parents — a guide for parents who want to raise empowered kids without losing themselves in the process. Everything I build comes from the same place: three decades of watching what actually helps a child through a hard moment, paired with the mindset work that helps parents show up for it.
